How To Get There
Subway (T-bana):
From the central train station of Stockholm ("CENTRALSTATION"), the subway station "T-centralen" is accessible. You find it by following the 
signs. The sign origins from the Swedish term "Tunnelbanan". Choose the Red Line 14, from central station towards Mörby Centrum. The third stop is "Tekniska Högskolan", which is located just at the entrance of KTH Main Campus. More information regarding travelling using public transports in Stockholm is found on the homepage of SL.
Bus:
Bus 4, 44, 72, or 73, stop Östra Station (near subway station).
Local train:
Roslagsbanan, stop Östra Station.
Car:
Valhallavägen towards Roslagstull, take right at Östra station, follow Drottning Kristinas väg and turn right to Teknikringen. There are normally parking lots available opposite to the entrance of EME at Teknikringen 33. A parking permit is required.
Airplane: Fly to Arlanda Airport. Take the airport coaches or Arlanda express from the airport to the City-Terminal, which is situated right besides the central station where also the subway station (T-Centralen) is. A taxi from Arlanda airport is between 450 and 500 SEK. Taxis in Stockholm accept credit cards.
You are yourself responsible for arranging your accommodation (invited speakers excepted). There are many hotels to choose from in all price ranges around central Stockholm. Close to the conference venue at KTH main campus Vallhallavägen there are several good hotels that we can recommend:
